We offer high energy group and private classes in pilates and fitness. Our group dance, fitness, and Pilates programmes are more than just classes… they are fun, inspiring, and mindful.

 

At our public classes, we strive to help you strengthen your core, synchronise movement, and sweat to energize you! 

Through a professional atmosphere and a variety of training methods,  our aim is to challenge you, ease tension, reduce inflammation, and promote health and well being.

Pilates Fit

Class incorporates Pilates Mat work along with cardio for a complete workout. 

*Rebounders are used in classes where appropriate for heart rate elevation, stretch, or cardio pump.

Power up, exercising full body strength and cardio training, always applying pilates principles for a big sweat!
